We require at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation to avoid penalty and to avoid forfeit of deposit and/or gift certificate. Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone, email, online or in person. On holidays, a deposit of 50% of the total appointment will be required to make reservations. This deposit will be non-refundable. Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.
